• Food checks & shopping list: the foods you look up and save, so you can track your own progress over time.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how the app is used, which helps us improve it.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your personal account.
• To personalize your meal plan, shopping list, and prep reminders based on your procedure date.
• To send you milestone email reminders about your preparation schedule.
• To maintain a private history of the foods you have checked, visible only to you.
• To improve and maintain the app.

4. Your data is private to you

Each account is isolated. The foods you save, your procedure date, and your prep progress are tied to your account and are not shared with or visible to other users. Only you can see your own records.

5. Google Calendar integration

If you choose to sync your preparation timeline to Google Calendar, the app requests only the permissions needed to read your procedure date and create reminder events on your calendar. You can disconnect this integration at any time from your account settings, and we will stop accessing your calendar.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active so you can continue tracking your progress. You may delete individual records (such as a saved food) at any time. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, contact us through the Contact page.

7. Not medical advice

The app provides general dietary guidance only. We do not collect or store medical records, diagnoses, or treatment information. Always follow your doctor's specific preparation instructions.
